Registration and access

You can register without an account using your name, email, and optional affiliation. Organizers can access these records; submitted email addresses are unverified until you choose to sign in. A successful registration gives you on-screen confirmation, calendar access, and any posted meeting link. Private Seminar Notes, the participant directory, and discussion require a verified account connected to that seminar’s registration.

Your directory choice

Directory sharing starts off. Registering alone never creates a directory listing. If you sign in and opt in, verified registered participants for that seminar can see your name, affiliation, email, and LinkedIn link if you provide one. You can withdraw sharing in My seminars. This removes your listing from future directory views; it cannot remove copies another participant has already made.

Invitations and email

The GRC invitation list is private to organizers. Being on that list does not register you for EV Online or add you to the participant directory. Future seminar announcements and reminders are a separate optional choice. If you tick the subscription checkbox when registering, your name and email are submitted to Zoho Campaigns. You may need to confirm your email there. You can unsubscribe using the link in any mailing-list email. Registration-confirmation emails are not currently sent.

Recording and Notes

The first seminar will not be recorded. Written Seminar Notes require speaker approval and organizer review before they become available privately to registered participants. Do not share unpublished or off-record material without permission.

Contributions and discussion

Only submit material you have permission to share. Topics, papers, and methods may become publicly visible after review. Presentation proposals and messages to organizers stay private. Discussion questions are moderated and visible to that seminar’s registered participants.

Managing your information

After connecting a registration to your verified account, you can change directory preferences, or cancel, in My seminars. Mailing-list subscriptions are managed separately through Zoho; cancelling a seminar registration does not unsubscribe you from announcements. Without an account, contact the organizers to correct or cancel your registration. For correction or deletion requests, contact the organizers at ev.onlineconference@gmail.com. Contact us with questions about how long your information is kept.

Respectful participation

Keep discussion constructive, credit others’ work, disclose relevant commercial interests, and respect requests to keep a discussion off the record.
